This action, approved by the board on October 27, 2025, addresses options held by 13 departing employees and 245 individuals whose options expired unexercised.

Specifically, 42,400 options granted but unexercised by departing employees were canceled, alongside 899,940 options held by employees whose exercise period had lapsed. The company confirmed that these cancellations, processed by China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shenzhen Branch by November 5, 2025, involved unexercised options and will not affect the company's share capital.

The cancellation adheres to relevant regulations, including the "Administrative Measures for Equity Incentives of Listed Companies" and the company's articles of association, ensuring no detriment to the company or its shareholders, particularly small and medium-sized investors.
