Director Wang Zhiyuan steps down from Lanzhou Zhuangyuan Pasture board

Lanzhou Zhuangyuan Pasture Company Limited announced that its board of directors recently received a written resignation report from Wang Zhiyuan. Mr. Wang resigned from his position as a director of the fifth session of the company's board due to work adjustments. Following his resignation, Wang Zhiyuan will no longer hold any positions within the company or its subsidiaries.

According to relevant regulations, Wang Zhiyuan's resignation does not result in the number of board members falling below the legally required minimum. His resignation report became effective from the date it was delivered to the board.

As of the disclosure date, Wang Zhiyuan does not hold any company shares, nor are there any unfulfilled commitments.
