Zhongji Innolight Co., Ltd. announced the successful completion of its industrial and commercial change registration and filing procedures on November 4, 2025. This follows approvals from its fifth board of directors' twenty-second meeting on August 25, 2025, and the third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on September 17, 2025. The approvals were for the "Proposal on Changing Registered Capital and Amending the Company's Articles of Association." The company has obtained a new business license from the Yantai Administration for Market Regulation.

The updated registration details reflect a new registered capital of RMB 1,111,118,334. Zhongji Innolight, established on June 27, 2005, maintains its headquarters in Zhuyouguan Town, Longkou City, Shandong Province. The legal representative is Liu Sheng.

The company's business scope encompasses a wide range of activities, including the manufacturing and sales of communication equipment, optical communication equipment, and electronic components.
