Yuexiu Capital announces 2025 semi-annual cash dividend distribution

Guangzhou Yuexiu Capital Holding Group Co., Ltd. has announced its 2025 semi-annual equity distribution, with a cash dividend of 0.90 yuan per 10 shares (including tax) for its shareholders. The company will not issue bonus shares or convert capital reserves into share capital. The equity registration date is set for November 11, 2025, with the ex-dividend date on November 12, 2025.

The total actual cash distribution by the company will be 449,897,622.39 yuan. Based on the total share capital of 5,017,132,462 shares, the cash dividend per 10 shares is approximately 0.896722 yuan. Notably, 18,269,991 repurchased shares held in the company's dedicated securities account will not participate in this distribution.

As a result of the distribution, the ex-dividend price will be the closing price on the equity registration date minus 0.0896722 yuan per share. The company will adjust the exercise price of its stock options following the distribution.
