Mindray Medical announces 2025 third interim cash dividend

Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300760) announced its third interim equity distribution for 2025, approved on October 28, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of 13.50 yuan (including tax) per 10 shares to all shareholders, based on a total share capital of 1,212,441,394 shares as of September 30, 2025. The total cash dividend payout will be 1.637 bn yuan (including tax).

The equity registration date for this distribution is November 11, 2025, with the ex-dividend and ex-interest date set for November 12, 2025. For Hong Kong market investors holding shares via Shenzhen Connect, and QFII/RQFII, as well as individual investors and investment funds holding pre-IPO restricted shares, the dividend will be 12.15 yuan per 10 shares after tax.

Differential tax rates will apply to individual investors holding post-IPO restricted shares, equity incentive restricted shares, and unrestricted circulating shares, with the company not withholding individual income tax upfront. Hong Kong investors holding fund units will be taxed at 10%, while mainland investors holding fund units will be subject to differential tax rates.
