Dongshan Precision strengthens governance with new ESG and diversity frameworks

Suzhou Dongshan Precision Manufacturing announced the renaming of its Board of Directors’ Strategy Committee to the "Board of Directors’ Strategy and ESG Committee." This change, effective November 3, 2025, integrates ESG responsibilities into the committee's mandate, aiming to enhance the company's environmental, social, and governance management. The company also adopted an "Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Management System" to reinforce its commitment to sustainable development and comply with regulatory requirements, including those for its upcoming H-share listing.

In conjunction with these governance updates, the company also approved a "Board of Directors and Employee Diversity Policy (Draft) (Applicable after H-share listing)" and a "Shareholder Communication Policy (Draft) (Applicable after H-share listing)." These policies reflect Dongshan Precision’s commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment and ensuring transparent and effective communication with shareholders, particularly as it prepares for its H-share issuance and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The board also adjusted the composition of its specialized committees, including the newly named Strategy and ESG Committee, with Yuan Yonggang appointed as its chairman.

Furthermore, the company elected Ma Liqiang as an employee representative director to the sixth board of directors, effective from November 3, 2025. Ma, who holds 3,000 company shares, brings experience as the chief operating officer of Multek and head of the Touch and Display Business Unit, further diversifying the board's expertise. These strategic appointments and policy implementations are designed to strengthen Dongshan Precision's corporate governance and operational efficiency in anticipation of its expanded market presence.
