Chow Tai Seng declares RMB 2.50 semi-annual cash dividend

Chow Tai Seng Jewellery Company Limited will distribute a cash dividend of RMB 2.50 per 10 shares (including tax) to all shareholders. This payout, approved at the company's second extraordinary general meeting on September 17, 2025, will total RMB 271,368,473.25 based on the total share capital of 1,085,473,893 shares as of August 28, 2025. No bonus shares will be issued, nor will capital reserves be converted into share capital.

The equity registration date for this distribution is November 10, 2025, with the ex-dividend and ex-interest date set for November 11, 2025. Shareholders on record with China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited (Shenzhen Branch) by the close of business on November 10, 2025, will be eligible for the dividend.

For Hong Kong market investors holding shares through Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect, QFII, RQFII, and individual and investment fund holders of pre-IPO restricted shares, the cash dividend will be RMB 2.25 per 10 shares after tax. Other shareholders will have their dividend income taxed differentially based on their holding period, with tax adjustments applied upon share transfer.
