China Merchants Shekou deputy general manager resigns for new role

China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone Holdings (CMSK) announced that its deputy general manager, Peng Yiliang, has submitted his resignation. Peng's resignation is effective from the date his written report was submitted to the board of directors. His departure is due to a work relocation, as he will be taking on a new position at China Merchants Zhangzhou Development Zone Co., Ltd., a controlled subsidiary of CMSK.

As of the announcement date, Peng Yiliang does not hold any shares in the company. The company confirmed that the handover of his responsibilities has been completed smoothly, and his change in position is not expected to adversely affect the company's normal business operations.
