Zhuhai Port appoints Cai Wen as director, elects him chairman

Zhuhai Port held its fourth interim shareholders' meeting on October 31, 2025, where shareholders approved the proposal to appoint Cai Wen as a director for the eleventh session of the board of directors. The resolution passed with 98.1478% of votes in favor from all shareholders.

Following this, the eleventh session of the board of directors convened its nineteenth meeting on October 31, 2025. During this meeting, Cai Wen was elected as the chairman of the board of directors and chairman of the strategy committee, with his term effective immediately until the expiration of the eleventh session of the board. All nine directors present voted in favor of the election.
