ORG Technology's controlling shareholder adjusts share pledges

Shanghai Yuanlong Investment Holding (Group) Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder of ORG Technology, executed several share transactions, including new pledges and extensions, alongside significant releases. A total of 20m shares were pledged for new financing and debt repayment, with pledge periods extending to October 28, 2024, October 30, 2024, and October 29, 2025. These pledges represent 2.38% and 2.30% of Shanghai Yuanlong’s total holdings, respectively, or 0.78% and 0.76% of ORG Technology's total share capital.

Concurrently, Shanghai Yuanlong released a substantial 21.74m shares. This includes 11.74m shares released from pledges made between May 27, 2024, and March 13, 2025, and another 10m shares released from pledges made on October 28 and 30, 2024. These releases represent 1.40% and 1.18% of Shanghai Yuanlong's holdings, or 0.46% and 0.39% of ORG Technology’s total share capital, respectively.

As of the announcement date, Shanghai Yuanlong and its concerted parties collectively hold 840.570606m shares, with 368.6811m shares, or 43.86% of their holdings (14.40% of ORG Technology's total share capital), remaining pledged. The company confirmed these transactions do not impact its operational activities.
