Microgate Technology acquires Shenzhen industrial property for future expansion

Shenzhen Microgate Technology Co., Ltd. announced today it has obtained the Real Estate Certificate for a property acquired through a judicial auction. The company successfully bid 90,098,789.60 yuan for the 3# building in the Daye Industrial Zone, Pingshan District, Shenzhen. This acquisition was previously disclosed in announcements on August 27, 2025, and September 15, 2025.

The acquired property includes a building area of 24,311.6 square meters. The land use rights are for industrial purposes under a 50-year term, effective from July 15, 2002, to July 14, 2052. The property is held under sole ownership by Shenzhen Microgate Technology Co., Ltd.

This acquisition provides the company with ample industrial space to support future business upgrades and meet operational site requirements. It is expected to optimize the company's business layout, enhance economies of scale, and establish a robust foundation for a high-tech intelligent industrial park that integrates research, transformation, and high-end manufacturing, aligning with the company's strategic development.
