JL Mag Rare-Earth announces interim cash dividend plan for 2025

JL Mag Rare-Earth (SZSE:300748) has announced its 2025 semi-annual equity distribution, following approval at the second extraordinary general meeting on October 27, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of 1.8 yuan per 10 shares (tax inclusive) to all shareholders. This distribution will be based on the total share capital, excluding any repurchased A-shares, as of the equity registration date.

The equity registration date for A-shares is November 5, 2025, with the ex-dividend and ex-interest date set for November 6, 2025. For A-share holders, cash dividends will be directly transferred to their capital accounts via their custodian brokers on November 6, 2025. The total cash dividend for A-share shareholders amounts to 205,348,604.58 yuan.

Certain A-share shareholders, including Jiangxi Ruidian Venture Capital Co., Ltd. and Ganzhou Industrial Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd., will have their cash dividends directly disbursed by the company. JL Mag Rare-Earth clarified that no capital reserves will be converted to share capital, nor will bonus shares be issued. Remaining profits will be carried forward for future distributions.
