CGN Power completes acquisition of four nuclear power subsidiaries

CGN Power Co., Ltd. announced the completion of payment for its acquisition of equity in four companies. As of October 31, 2025, CGN Huizhou Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. (82% equity), CGN Huizhou No. 2 Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. (100% equity), CGN Huizhou No. 3 Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. (100% equity), and CGN Zhanjiang Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. (100% equity) have officially become subsidiaries of CGN Power.

The transaction, involving the purchase of stakes from China General Nuclear Power Group Co., Ltd., was approved at the company's First Extraordinary General Meeting, Second A-share Class Shareholders' Meeting, and Second H-share Class Shareholders' Meeting, all held on October 16, 2025. The last calendar day of the month in which the payment was completed was designated as the settlement date.
