Broadex Technologies: Shareholders complete 5.8m share reduction

Broadex Technologies (SZSE:300548) announced today that shareholders Ding Yong and his spouse Jiang Rongzhi have completed their planned shareholding reduction. The duo had previously disclosed their intention to reduce their holdings by a total of 5.8 million shares, representing 1.99% of the company's total share capital. This plan was first announced on September 26, 2025.

The share reduction was executed through a combination of centralized bidding and block trades between October 28, 2025, and October 30, 2025. Ding Yong sold 2,912,880 shares via centralized bidding at an average price of CNY 112.43 per share, and an additional 1,635,205 shares via block trades at an average price of CNY 96.52 per share. Jiang Rongzhi sold 1,251,915 shares through block trades at an average price of CNY 95.71 per share.

Following the completion of this plan, Ding Yong no longer holds any shares in Broadex Technologies, down from 4,548,085 shares (1.56%). Jiang Rongzhi's holdings decreased from 2,588,000 shares (0.89%) to 1,336,085 shares (0.46%). The company confirmed that Ding Yong and Jiang Rongzhi are not controlling shareholders, and the reduction has not led to a change in the company's control or had an impact on its ongoing operations.
