Shanghai RAAS announces resignation of non-independent director Amarant Martínez Carrió

Shanghai RAAS Blood Products Co., Ltd. recently announced the resignation of Amarant Martínez Carrió from his position as a non-independent director and member of the Sixth Board of Directors' Strategy and ESG Committee. Mr. Carrió submitted a written resignation due to personal reasons, and his departure will not cause the company's board of directors to fall below the statutory minimum number of members. His resignation became effective upon submission to the board.

The company affirmed that Mr. Carrió's resignation will not impact the normal operations or production and management activities of the board. Grifols, S.A. has already nominated a candidate for the non-independent director position, and the company's board will proceed with the election process for the new director and Strategy and ESG Committee member in accordance with relevant regulations.

As of the announcement date, Mr. Carrió does not hold any company shares and has no unfulfilled commitments.
