Huapont Life Sciences shareholder partially releases pledged shares

Huapont Life Sciences announced today that Zhang Yizhuo, a concerted party of the controlling shareholder, has completed the release of 22,080,000 pledged shares. This represents 40.10% of his total holdings and 1.12% of the company's total share capital. The pledge, which began on November 14, 2022, was released on October 29, 2025, with Guotai Haitong Securities Co., Ltd. acting as the pledgee.

Following this release, Zhang Yizhuo's total pledged shares amount to 22,080,000, representing 40.10% of his holdings. The collective pledged shares of Zhang Yizhuo and other concerted parties, including Chongqing Huibang Zhuoyuan Technology Co., Ltd., Zhang Songshan, and Zhao Danlin, now stand at 268,990,000 shares.

This figure accounts for 49.54% of their combined holdings and 13.59% of the company's total share capital. Notably, Zhang Songshan has 50,821,687 restricted and frozen pledged shares, representing 82.09% of his pledged holdings, and 37,000,000 unrestricted unpledged shares.
