China Express Airlines returns idle funds to dedicated account

China Express Airlines (SZSE:002928) announced on October 30, 2025, that it has returned a portion of idle raised funds amounting to 38,000,000 yuan to the dedicated raised funds account. This action follows the company's decision on May 8, 2025, to use up to 1,390,000,000 yuan of its idle raised funds from the 2022 non-public offering for temporary working capital purposes, with a usage period not exceeding twelve months.

The company confirmed that during the period these funds were utilized, it strictly adhered to relevant laws and regulations, ensuring their proper use without impacting investment projects or altering the nature of the raised funds. Furthermore, no funds were directly or indirectly used for securities investments, derivative transactions, or other high-risk investments.

As of the disclosure date, the remaining balance of idle raised funds still temporarily supplementing working capital is 857,672,012.27 yuan. The company's lead underwriter, Northeast Securities Co., Ltd., and its representatives were informed of this return.
