Shenzhen Das Intellitech posts significant Q3 loss amid revenue decline

Shenzhen Das Intellitech reported a significant net loss attributable to shareholders of -325,924,188.24 yuan for Q3 2025, marking a 942.64% decrease compared to the previous year. Year-to-date, this loss widened to -414,687,511.63 yuan. The company's operating revenue also fell by 39.13% in Q3 to 482,846,096.59 yuan, with a year-to-date decline of 31.36% to 1,473,076,989.83 yuan. The primary factors contributing to the net profit loss were asset disposal losses and debt restructuring losses, particularly from the disposal of Hongze Lake Das Intellitech equity, totaling 1.26 bn yuan in investment losses and 1.57 bn yuan in debt restructuring losses.

Operating cash flow for the quarter was -387,541,745.02 yuan, a 31.17% reduction. The decline in revenue is attributed to fluctuating demand in downstream industries, lower-than-expected new contract signings, and delays in project implementation. Despite these challenges, the company’s AIoT platform products saw an increase in signing amount by 102.9% year-over-year, reaching 37,806,000 yuan. Additionally, the company's asset-liability ratio improved from 63.04% at the beginning of the year to 59.88% by the end of the reporting period.
