Sanqi Interactive Entertainment announces third quarter cash dividend

Wuhu Sanqi Interactive Entertainment Network Technology Group Co., Ltd. has announced its equity distribution plan for the third quarter of 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 2.10 (including tax) per 10 shares to all shareholders, based on the total share capital outstanding on the equity registration date, excluding shares held in the company's dedicated repurchase account. This distribution will not involve bonus shares or capital reserve-to-share transfers.

The equity registration date for this distribution is November 5, 2025, with the ex-dividend and ex-interest date set for November 6, 2025. The actual cash dividend per 10 shares, calculated based on the total share capital, is approximately CNY 2.088096. Cash dividends for A-share shareholders will be disbursed by China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited (CSDC) Shenzhen Branch on November 6, 2025, directly into their capital accounts.
