Ringpu Bio-Technology streamlines funds for biomanufacturing industrialization project

Tianjin Ringpu Bio-Technology Co., Ltd. (Ringpu Bio-Technology) announced updates to its special bank accounts for raised funds, following resolutions passed in board and supervisory meetings on October 24, 2025. These changes reflect a reallocation of funds from previously planned projects, such as the "South China Biological Large-scale Suspension Culture Workshop Construction Project" and the "Zhong'an Biological Expansion Project," to the new "Biomanufacturing Industrialization Project."

The company established a new special raised funds account with Bohai Bank for the "Biomanufacturing Industrialization Project" and changed the purpose of existing accounts with Ping An Bank (account: 15535008370073) and China Construction Bank (account: 12050162660100002432) to support the same project. All necessary trilateral supervisory agreements have been signed with the respective banks and China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd.

Additionally, Ringpu Bio-Technology closed its special raised funds account and settlement account with Zheshang Bank (Tianjin Branch) previously for the "South China Biological Large-scale Suspension Culture Workshop Construction Project." The remaining balance of 0.08 million yuan from these closed accounts has been transferred to the Ping An Bank account. As of the announcement date, funds totaling 297 million yuan, including 160 million yuan from the "South China Biological Large-scale Suspension Culture Workshop Construction Project," 115 million yuan from the "Zhong'an Biological Expansion Project," and accumulated interest of 2.22796 million yuan, have been transferred to the "Biomanufacturing Industrialization Project" account.
