Pangang Group Vanadium Titanium & Resources (referred to as “the Company”) announced today the completion of its industrial and commercial change registration and filing, obtaining a new business license from the Panzhihua City Market Supervision and Administration Bureau. This update follows resolutions passed at the company's third extraordinary general meeting in 2025.

Key changes include the company's registered capital, which has been adjusted from "玖拾贰亿玖仟肆佰玖拾柒万零肆拾伍元整" to "玖拾贰亿玖仟零玖拾肆万柒仟捌佰肆拾伍元整". All other aspects of the business license remain unchanged. These adjustments reflect the outcomes of proposals approved at the shareholder meeting, specifically concerning the repurchase and cancellation of restricted shares, the election of independent directors for the tenth board of directors, and amendments to the company's articles of association.
