Kuang-Chi Technologies wins major metamaterial product contract

Kuang-Chi Technologies Co., Ltd. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen Kuang-Chi Advanced Technology Co., Ltd., has secured a mass production contract totaling 214,684,534 yuan for metamaterial products. The contract involves the delivery of metamaterial aerospace structural products to an unnamed client, with whom the company has no affiliation. The transaction terms define aspects such as product delivery, pricing, quality, technical standards, and payment methods.

The company anticipates that the signing and execution of this contract will positively impact its operating performance for the current year and 2026. Kuang-Chi Technologies plans to continue investing in the research, development, production, and testing of metamaterials to enhance the market competitiveness of its new-generation metamaterial aerospace structures.

Despite the positive outlook, Kuang-Chi Technologies noted that the contract's execution might face risks, including potential breaches or termination due to unforeseen factors. The company stated that the fulfillment of this contract will not affect its operational independence or lead to reliance on the client.
