Xi'an International Medical's controlling shareholder pledges more shares for financing

Shaanxi Century New Yuan Commercial Management Co., Ltd. ("Century New Yuan"), the controlling shareholder of Xi'an International Medical Investment Co., Ltd., recently pledged 46,800,000 unrestricted circulating shares. These shares, representing 7.60% of Century New Yuan's holdings and 2.09% of the company's total share capital, were pledged to Shenzhen Asset Management Co., Ltd. for financing. The pledge period runs from October 24, 2025, to October 31, 2028.

Century New Yuan's total pledged shares, including this recent transaction, amount to 461,524,211 shares, constituting 70.73% of its total holdings and 22.70% of the company's total share capital. The announcement clarifies that this financing does not pertain to the company's operational needs and states that the share pledge risk is manageable, with no change in the company's actual control. Century New Yuan maintains good credit standing and robust repayment capabilities.

Future maturities of pledged shares include 75,784,211 shares within the next six months, representing 12.30% of Century New Yuan's holdings and 3.38% of the company's total share capital, with an associated financing amount of 233 million yuan. Within the next year, 221,584,211 pledged shares will mature, accounting for 35.97% of Century New Yuan's holdings and 9.90% of the company's total share capital, with an associated financing amount of 595 million yuan.
