Maiquer group narrows Q3 net loss by over 53%

Maiquer Group (SZSE:002719) reported a net loss attributable to shareholders of CNY -34,637,135.59 for the third quarter of 2025, a 53.42% improvement compared to the same period last year. For the year-to-date, net loss attributable to shareholders reached CNY -33,090,495.00, marking a substantial 61.95% increase from the prior year. Basic and diluted earnings per share also improved, both reaching CNY -0.1989 for the quarter and CNY -0.19 year-to-date.

Despite these profitability gains, total operating revenue for the third quarter remained relatively stable at CNY 168,876,510.33, a slight increase of 0.35%. Year-to-date operating revenue saw a marginal decline of 2.78% to CNY 463,182,078.60. Total assets increased slightly by 0.18% to CNY 1,089,997,527.99 compared to the end of the previous year, while owners' equity attributable to the parent company decreased by 14.69% to CNY 192,165,558.55.

Operating cash flow for the year-to-date remained negative, with a net outflow of CNY -3,844,616.74, representing a 195.17% decrease compared to the previous year. Non-recurring gains and losses significantly impacted the quarterly results, with total non-recurring items amounting to CNY 3,615,330.44 for the quarter and CNY 11,026,483.44 year-to-date.
