Jiemei Electronic announces interest payment for convertible bonds

Zhejiang Jiemei Electronic & Technology Co., Ltd. (Jiemei Technology) has announced the fifth-year interest payment for its "Jiemei Convertible Bonds" due on November 4, 2025. The interest rate for this period, from November 4, 2024, to November 3, 2025, is 1.80%. Each 10 bonds (total face value 1,000.00 yuan) will receive an interest payment of 18.00 yuan (tax inclusive).

The record date for this interest payment is November 3, 2025, with the ex-dividend date and payment date both set for November 4, 2025. Investors who purchase and hold the bonds by the record date will be eligible for the interest. The next interest accrual period will begin on November 4, 2025, with an interest rate of 2.00%.

For individual investors and securities investment funds, a 20% withholding tax will be applied, resulting in a net payment of 14.40 yuan per 10 bonds. Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (QFII) and RMB Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (RQFII) are exempt from enterprise income tax and value-added tax, receiving the full 18.00 yuan per 10 bonds. Other bondholders are responsible for their own tax payments.
