Huatian Technology updates address, increases capital, revises governance

Tianshui Huatian Technology announced a change to its registered address from "No. 14 Shuangqiao Road, Qinzhou District, Tianshui City, Gansu Province" to "No. 360 Qinzhou Avenue, Qinzhou District, Tianshui City, Gansu Province," due to local government road renaming. The company’s registered capital has increased from CNY 3,204,484,648 to CNY 3,258,881,652, reflecting the exercise of stock options under its 2023 incentive plan. Total share capital also increased by 54,397,004 shares to 3,258,881,652 shares.

Concurrently, the company revised its Articles of Association, Shareholder Meeting Rules, and Board of Directors Meeting Rules. These revisions incorporate the new address and capital figures, and align with updated legal and regulatory requirements. The company will also discontinue the Supervisory Board, transferring its responsibilities to the Board of Directors' Audit Committee. Related internal control, related party transactions, and foreign exchange hedging policies were also updated, with all changes to be submitted for approval at the upcoming 2025 First Extraordinary General Meeting on November 21, 2025.
