Jolywood reports net loss, revenue decline in Q3 2025

Jolywood (Suzhou) Sunwatt Co., Ltd. reported a net loss attributable to shareholders of CNY -398,028,089.72 for the first nine months of 2025, with third-quarter revenue falling by 59.40% to CNY 594,191,067.56. The company’s net profit attributable to shareholders decreased by 31.06% year-over-year, alongside a 37.59% drop in net cash flow from operating activities. These results were formally approved on October 23, 2025.

The financial downturn coincides with recent leadership changes and legal updates. On October 25, 2025, Jolywood announced the completion of its industrial and commercial change registration. This followed board and shareholder meetings that approved revisions to the company’s articles of association and elected new directors, including Zhang Chengyu as the new legal representative and chairman.

The changes in the company’s registration and leadership, with an updated registered capital of CNY 108,962.7358 million, highlight ongoing restructuring efforts amid a challenging financial period characterized by reduced revenue and increasing financial expenses.
