Zhejiang Wanfeng Auto Wheel posts strong Q3 profit growth

Zhejiang Wanfeng Auto Wheel Co. Ltd. reported a net profit attributable to shareholders of 228.52 million yuan for Q3 2025, a 38.14% increase year-on-year. For the first nine months of 2025, the attributable net profit rose by 29.38% to 729.07 million yuan, with total operating revenue reaching 11.42 billion yuan, a slight increase of 0.40% from the previous year. Basic earnings per share for the quarter were 0.11 yuan, up 37.50%.

The company’s "dual-engine" strategy saw its automotive metal components business achieve operating revenue of 9.385 billion yuan, a 0.02% increase, focusing on light-weighting and technological innovation. The general aviation aircraft manufacturing business grew by 2.20% to 2.031 billion yuan, emphasizing research and development and integrated sales-to-service models. Strategic acquisitions, such as Volocopter GmbH's core assets, are expected to further bolster its position in urban air mobility.

Key financial movements include a 30.06% decrease in notes receivable due to reduced non-state-owned bank acceptances and a 34.87% increase in accounts receivable financing. Other notable changes include a 46.00% rise in right-of-use assets, largely due to the Volocopter GmbH acquisition, and a 72.61% increase in development expenditure.
