Newland Digital Technology reduces capital after share cancellation

Newland Digital Technology Co., Ltd. announced the completion of its industrial and commercial change registration and filing procedures. This follows the approval at its 2024 First Extraordinary General Meeting on December 3, 2024, to cancel 18,965,022 repurchased shares and revise its articles of association. The company completed the share cancellation with the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited, Shenzhen Branch, on September 10, 2025.

As a result of the cancellation, the company's registered capital has been reduced from 1,032,062,937.00 yuan to 1,013,097,915.00 yuan. The Fujian Provincial Administration for Market Regulation has issued a new business license reflecting these changes. The updated business registration now lists the company as a Limited Company - Listed.

The legal representative remains Wang Jing. The company's business scope encompasses various activities, including data processing, software development, AI applications, IoT technology, and various technical services, reflecting its broad involvement in digital and technology-driven industries.
