Kuang-Chi Technologies (SZSE:002625) announced that its controlling shareholder, Tibet Yingbang Industrial Development Co., Ltd., has unpledged 657,126 shares. This represents 0.12% of its total holdings and 0.03% of the company's total share capital. The shares were released on October 23, 2025, from a pledge initiated on January 6, 2025, with Tianjin Jinnan State-owned Capital Investment and Operation Group Co., Ltd. as the pledgee.

Following this transaction, Tibet Yingbang Industrial Development Co., Ltd. now holds 538,646,966 shares, accounting for 25.00% of Kuang-Chi Technologies' total share capital. The cumulative number of pledged shares for the controlling shareholder stands at 324,544,815, which represents 60.25% of its total holdings and 15.06% of the company's total share capital.

The company affirmed that the remaining pledged shares are not at risk of being liquidated or frozen, and the release will not lead to a change in the company's actual control or impact daily operations.
