Hubei Energy Group deputy general manager resigns

Hubei Energy Group Co., Ltd. announced today the resignation of Jiang Dezheng from his position as deputy general manager. Mr. Jiang submitted a written resignation due to a work relocation, and his departure is effective immediately upon submission of the report to the company's board of directors. His original term was set to expire at the end of the company's tenth board of directors meeting.

Following his resignation, Mr. Jiang Dezheng will no longer hold any positions within the company or its controlling subsidiaries. The company confirmed that Mr. Jiang does not hold any company shares as of the disclosure date of this announcement and will continue to comply with relevant regulations regarding stock transactions.

Hubei Energy Group stated that Mr. Jiang's resignation will not impact the company's normal operations, and there are no outstanding public commitments to be fulfilled. The board of directors expressed sincere gratitude to Mr. Jiang Dezheng for his diligent and faithful performance of duties and obligations during his tenure as deputy general manager.
