Windey to hold extraordinary shareholder meeting to amend company rules

Zhejiang Windey (SZSE:300772) announced it will convene its third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for 2025 on October 27, 2025. The meeting, called by the board of directors, will adopt a hybrid format, allowing for both in-person attendance and online voting. The equity registration date for eligible shareholders is October 20, 2025.

Key proposals for consideration include revisions to the company's Articles of Association, as well as modifications to the Rules of Procedure for Shareholders' Meetings, Rules of Procedure for Board Meetings, and the Independent Director Work System. These items were previously approved by the fifth board of directors at its thirty-fourth meeting.

Online voting will be available via the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system and internet voting system from 9:15 to 9:25 and 9:30 to 11:30 in the morning, and from 1:00 to 3:00 in the afternoon on October 27, 2025. In-person registration will take place on October 24, 2025, at the Westlake International Technology Building in Hangzhou.
