Talkweb extends project timelines, updates governance amid AI shift

Talkweb Information System reported a 36.54% decrease in operating income to 771,961,208.91 yuan, while net profit attributable to shareholders surged by 239.19% to 26,043,189.63 yuan in its Q3 2025 report. The company is actively shifting its strategic focus towards "AI × Harmony," impacting several major projects.

Consequently, Talkweb is extending planned completion dates for four key investment projects: the Industry Smart Cloud Solution R&D Project and the Cornerstone Research Institute Project are now set for December 31, 2027, while the Sales and Service System Construction Project and the HarmonyOS-based Industry Edition R&D Project are extended to December 31, 2026. This decision aims to optimize resource allocation and mitigate risks associated with the evolving AI landscape.

In parallel with project adjustments, Talkweb is updating its internal governance. The company is amending its Articles of Association, replacing "supervisory board" with "audit committee" and "general meeting of shareholders" with "shareholder meeting." These revisions, approved by the board of directors, align internal oversight with the company's strategic reorientation. The changes also include updates to external guarantee management, financial assistance, related party transactions, information disclosure, internal reporting, and investor relations management systems.
