CCOOP group shareholders unpledge over 103m shares

CCOOP Group (SZSE:000564) announced the release of pledges on 103,719,090 shares held by shareholders Geng Fa and Shiyan New Cooperation Supermarket Co., Ltd. Geng Fa unpledged 74,580,000 shares, representing 74.38% of their total holdings and 0.41% of the company's total share capital, with an additional 299 shares also released. Shiyan New Cooperation Supermarket Co., Ltd. unpledged 29,138,791 shares, accounting for 20.93% of their holdings and 0.16% of the company's total share capital.

The shares were originally pledged to Hainan Business Holdings Co., Ltd. and Shiyan Xincheng Supermarket Co., Ltd. The move reduces the total pledged shares by Geng Fa and Shiyan New Cooperation Supermarket Co., Ltd., who are both acting in concert with Beijing Zhonghe Nongxin Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder.
