WUS Printed Circuit elects Zhang Jin as new employee representative director

WUS Printed Circuit Kunshan has announced the election of Mr. Zhang Jin as an employee representative director for its eighth board of directors. This decision was made at the fourth and fifth employee representative assembly held on October 22, 2025. The assembly, in accordance with the "Company Law" and "Guidelines for Articles of Association of Listed Companies," democratically elected Mr. Zhang Jin. His term will commence upon the shareholders' meeting approving the revised articles of association and will conclude at the expiration of the eighth board of directors' term.

Mr. Zhang Jin, born in 1972, holds Chinese nationality. He graduated from China Textile University (now Donghua University) with a degree in automation. He has been with WUS Printed Circuit since September 1995, serving in various capacities including quality assurance, business, and production. He currently holds the position of deputy general manager of the business department. As of the announcement date, Mr. Zhang Jin holds 191,400 shares of the company's stock and 200,000 stock options.

The company ensures that the number of directors simultaneously holding senior management positions and those serving as employee representatives does not exceed one-half of the total number of directors, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
