Weixing New Materials announces 2025 semi-annual dividend plan

Zhejiang Weixing New Building Materials Co., Ltd. has announced its 2025 semi-annual equity distribution plan, which will see a cash dividend of CNY 1.00 (tax inclusive) distributed per 10 shares to eligible shareholders. This distribution is based on a total share base of 1,571,867,988 shares, excluding 20,170,000 shares held in the company's buyback securities account.

The equity distribution plan was approved at the company's first extraordinary general meeting on October 16, 2025. The ex-dividend and ex-interest date is October 30, 2025, with the equity registration date on October 29, 2025. Due to the exclusion of buyback shares, the cash dividend per share for calculation purposes will be CNY 0.0987330, resulting in an ex-dividend price calculation of the closing price on the equity registration date minus CNY 0.0987330 per share.

The total cash dividend distributed amounts to CNY 157,186,798.80. Dividends for eligible shareholders will be directly transferred to their capital accounts by October 30, 2025, through their custodial securities companies, with specific shareholders receiving their dividends directly from the company.
