Shanxi Xishan Coal approves semi-annual cash dividend distribution

Shanxi Xishan Coal & Electricity Power has announced its 2025 semi-annual equity distribution plan, approved by its ninth board of directors at the fourteenth meeting. The company will distribute a cash dividend of RMB 0.36 per 10 shares (including tax) to all shareholders, based on a total share capital of 5,677,101,059 shares. This distribution totals RMB 204,375,638.12, representing 20.16% of the company's net profit attributable to shareholders from consolidated financial statements for the first half of 2025.
