Electric Connector Technology boosts capital, shifts headquarters in registration update

Electric Connector Technology Company Limited has finalized several key industrial and commercial registration changes, as announced in its latest filing. These updates follow resolutions passed during board and extraordinary general meetings held in April and August 2025. The changes include relocating the company’s registered address from Jinxiu Industrial Park, Guangming District, Shenzhen, to Electric Connector Technology Industrial Park, Yutang Street, Guangming District, Shenzhen.

A significant outcome is the increase in the company's registered capital. Following the registration of 1.0353 million shares from the 2022 Restricted Stock Incentive Plan’s third vesting period and reserved restricted stocks, Electric Connector Technology's total shares rose from 423,784,700 to 424,820,000. Consequently, the registered capital increased from 423,784,700 yuan to 424,820,000 yuan. These changes required revisions to the company's Articles of Association to comply with the latest legal and regulatory requirements.

The industrial and commercial registration for these changes, encompassing the updated registered address, shareholder information, registered capital, and supervisor information, has been finalized. The company has received a new business license and registration notice from the Shenzhen Market Supervision Administration.
