Do-Fluoride Chemicals reported its Q3 2025 financial results, with total operating revenue reaching CNY 6,728,835,959.46 for the first nine months. The net profit attributable to shareholders was CNY 78,054,639.81, a substantial increase from CNY 15,372,847.38 in the prior year. Basic earnings per share for the period were CNY 0.0674, up from CNY 0.0130.

The company also announced a change in its external auditing firm, replacing Da Hua Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) with Zhengdan Zhiyuan (Shenzhen) Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) for the 2025 fiscal year. This decision, approved by the board of directors and pending shareholder approval, follows Da Hua's service exceeding 10 years, aligning with regulatory requirements for auditor independence.

The board of directors confirmed that the Q3 report and the change of auditors were approved at the Seventh Board of Directors' Thirty-Third Meeting on October 22, 2025.
