Navinfo board strengthens committees with new independent director

Beijing Navinfo Technology Co., Ltd. (Navinfo) held the 13th meeting of its sixth session of the board of directors on October 20, 2025. The meeting saw the attendance of all nine board members in a non-physical format, presided over by chairman Zhang Peng. The board unanimously approved a resolution to enhance the composition of its specialized committees.

Mr. Ren Guangming, an independent director, was appointed as a member and chairman of the Nomination Committee. This committee now includes Mr. Ren Guangming, Mr. Cheng Peng, and Mr. Wang Xiaochuan (independent director), with Mr. Ren Guangming serving as chairman. His term will coincide with the current term of the sixth session of the board of directors.

Additionally, Mr. Ren Guangming (independent director) was appointed as a member of the Audit Committee. This committee is now comprised of Mr. Ren Guangming, Mr. Wang Xiao (chairman, independent director), and Mr. Liu Bonian. This appointment was also approved with a unanimous vote.
