Huatian Technology subsidiary fund completes regulatory filing

The filing date for the fund is October 20, 2025, with a filing code of SBHN23.

Previously, on September 12, 2025, all partners signed the partnership agreement. The total committed capital for the fund is RMB 20,600万元, with Xi'an Tianli pledging RMB 3,000万元, representing a 14.563% stake.
