Royal Group appoints Teng Cuijin as employee director and committee member

Royal Group Co., Ltd. announced that its Seventh Board of Directors held its eighth meeting on October 17, 2025. The board approved the election of Ms. Teng Cuijin as a member of the Seventh Board of Directors' Strategy and Development Committee, with her term effective until the expiration of the Seventh Board's term.

This appointment follows Ms. Teng Cuijin's resignation as a non-independent director and member of the Strategy and Development Committee due to work adjustments. Her resignation, effective upon notification, does not impact the board's minimum member count. Concurrently, a staff representative meeting on October 17, 2025, elected Ms. Teng Cuijin as an employee director, serving until the current board's term concludes.

Ms. Teng Cuijin, born in 1974, holds an EMBA and has extensive experience as an accountant and auditor. She currently serves as vice president of Royal Group, a position she has held since January 2022. As of the announcement date, she holds 600,000 shares in the company.
