Bank of Zhengzhou to announce Q3 2025 results

Bank of Zhengzhou Co., Ltd. announced a board meeting scheduled for Thursday, October 30, 2025. The primary purpose of this meeting is to deliberate and approve the bank's third-quarter results, including those of its subsidiaries, for the nine months ended September 30, 2025, and their subsequent release.

As of the announcement date, the bank's board of directors includes executive directors Mr. Zhao Fei (chairman) and Ms. Li Hong; non-executive directors Ms. Zhang Jihong, Mr. Liu Bingheng, and Mr. Wei Zhigang; and independent non-executive directors Mr. Li Xiaojian, Mr. Wang Ning, Mr. Liu Yatian, and Mr. Xiao Zhixiong.

The bank clarifies that it is not an authorized institution under Section 155 of the Hong Kong Banking Ordinance.
