Robotechnik secures major solar cell production line contract

Robotechnik Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (Robotechnik) announced on October 17, 2025, the signing of a major contract with a subsidiary of a domestic photovoltaic company. The contract, valued at approximately CNY 761,482,000 (including tax), is for complete solar cell production line solutions. This amount represents roughly 68.83% of Robotechnik's audited operating revenue for 2024.

The company anticipates the successful execution of this contract will positively impact its operating performance for the current year and future years. The counterparty's subsidiary is deemed to have good credit and the ability to fulfill the contract. While Robotechnik has had limited similar transactions with the counterparty in previous years, with the last being CNY 60,932,000 in 2023, this new contract marks a significant increase in their business relationship.

Robotechnik affirmed that the contract's fulfillment will not materially affect its business independence, nor will it create a dependency on the counterparty. The company clarified that due to confidentiality agreements, specific details of the transaction and the counterparty's information will not be disclosed.
