Keli Motor Group subsidiary secures US patent for high-speed motor

Shenzhen Keli Motor Intelligent Control Technology Co., Ltd., a controlled subsidiary of Keli Motor Group Co., Ltd., has obtained a US invention patent certificate from the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The patent, US 12,444,999 B2, is for a "Brushless High Speed Motor - A new type of brushless high-speed motor." It was authorized on October 14, 2025, following an application filed on May 11, 2023.

The patented technology introduces a novel brushless high-speed motor design that integrates the outer casing and air duct. The air duct is made of BMC material and the inner core pillar of metal. This two-part construction, utilizing different materials, effectively dampens resonance and reduces noise during high-speed operation. The design also simplifies manufacturing, minimizes burrs, and improves motor acoustics. Additionally, it incorporates an elastic wave pad system to adjust radial clearance, offering enhanced durability and easier assembly compared to traditional spring mechanisms, while mitigating issues like abnormal sounds and noise from spring-related stress misalignment.

Keli Motor Group states that this patent acquisition strengthens the company's protection of its independent intellectual property, fosters continuous innovation, and enhances brand recognition and market presence, thereby improving its core competitiveness.
