Jiangsu Shagang announces semi-annual cash dividend distribution

Jiangsu Shagang Co., Ltd. has confirmed its 2025 semi-annual equity distribution plan, approved at the first extraordinary general meeting on September 9, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of RMB 0.25 (including tax) per 10 shares to all shareholders, based on a total share capital of 2,193,825,445 shares as of June 30, 2025. The total cash dividend amounts to RMB 54,845,636.13. No bonus shares will be issued, nor will capital reserves be converted to share capital.

The equity distribution record date is set for October 23, 2025, with the ex-rights and ex-dividend date on October 24, 2025. Cash dividends for A-share shareholders, except for Jiangsu Shagang Group Co., Ltd., will be disbursed through their respective custodian brokers by the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Shenzhen Branch on October 24, 2025.

Various tax rates apply to different investor categories. For example, Hong Kong market investors and overseas institutions holding shares via Stock Connect will receive RMB 0.225000 per 10 shares. Domestic individual investors' dividend income tax will be subject to differential rates based on their holding period, with tax withheld upon share transfer.
