Hualan Biological announces 2025 interim cash dividend distribution

Hualan Biological Engineering Co., Ltd. has announced the implementation of its 2025 semi-annual equity distribution, following approval at the shareholders' meeting on September 22, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 5.00 per 10 shares (including tax) to all shareholders, based on its total share capital of 1,827,456,666 shares. This distribution totals CNY 913,728,333.00, representing 177.13% of the net profit attributable to shareholders in the 2025 semi-annual consolidated financial statements.

The equity registration date for this distribution is October 24, 2025, with the ex-dividend and ex-right date set for October 27, 2025. Dividends for A-share shareholders will be directly transferred to their capital accounts via their custodian securities firms on October 27, 2025.

Different tax rates apply based on shareholder type and holding period. For individual shareholders holding shares through Shenzhen Stock Connect, Hong Kong market investors, and overseas institutions, a 10% tax is levied on the dividend. Domestic individual investors may be subject to differentiated tax rates depending on their holding period, with supplementary tax required for shorter holding periods.
