Aisidi postpones board re-election, appoints new independent director

Shenzhen Aisidi Company Limited has appointed Lin Bin as an independent director to its Sixth Board of Directors. This appointment was approved on October 17, 2025. Mr. Lin's tenure will run until the expiration of the Sixth Board's term.
