GCI Science & Technology continues cash management with idle funds

GCI Science & Technology has redeemed two matured cash management products totaling 20,500.00 yuan. These products, held with CITIC Bank and China Guangfa Bank, yielded actual earnings of 4.58 yuan and 13.13 yuan respectively, with annualized returns ranging from 1.00% to 1.05%. The principal and earnings have been returned to the company's dedicated fundraising account.

Following the redemptions, GCI Science & Technology has continued its cash management strategy by investing 15,000.00 yuan in two new 7-day notice deposit products. These new investments were placed with CITIC Bank (5,000.00 yuan) and China Guangfa Bank (10,000.00 yuan), both offering an expected annualized return of 0.75% with automatic rollovers.

As of the announcement date, the company's outstanding balance of cash management products from temporarily idle raised funds is 22,300.00 yuan, which is within the authorized limit approved by the board of directors. This strategy aligns with the company's resolution from March 12, 2025, to manage up to 35,000.00 yuan of idle funds.
