Zhenghai Magnetic Material establishes new compliance management center

Yantai Zhenghai Magnetic Material Co., Ltd. announced on October 15, 2025, the approval of a significant organizational structure adjustment. This includes the establishment of a "Compliance Management Center." The decision, passed during the Sixth Board of Directors' Fifth Meeting, aims to adapt to business development needs, ensure compliant operations, and align with strategic planning. The board unanimously approved the proposal.

The newly established Compliance Management Center will develop and maintain the company's compliance management system, identify and internalize applicable laws and regulations, and oversee internal compliance audits. Its duties also include assessing compliance risks, handling violation reports, proposing resolutions, and delivering compliance training.

This restructuring introduces a refined organizational chart, placing the Compliance Management Center alongside other key departments such as the Planning & Administration Center, Human Resources & Corporate Culture Center, and Financial Management Center, all reporting to the financial director and ultimately the president.
